Frequently Asked Questions

How do I keep my number?

To keep your old number, you need to obtain your PAC code from your current UK network provider. You can do this by texting the word ‘PAC’
to 65075. 

Your current provider will reply by text within a minute. They will send you your PAC, which will be valid for 30 days.

Their reply must also include important information about any early termination charges or pay-as-you-go credit balances. 

You then give the PAC code to us, and we will complete rest of the process. It normally takes 48hrs.  

Fair Usage Policy

Our unlimited sim deals are truly unlimited, we don’t slow you down like some providers after you have used some portion of your data.  

There is a fair use policy of 650 GB of data, which is nearly 1TB of data, way beyond what the average person needs. 

Can I use my Sim abroad?

You can use your Sim Only plan in the EU. Where your calls, texts and data work like normal, except there is a cap on your data of 25GB per month. 

How is the network coverage in my area?

All of our sim cards come with 99% network coverage of the UK.
